The Happy Halloween Mini Wall Hanging includes the instructions, one fat quarter and one layer cake. It has two borders around a 4 1/2" panel with a flap for folding a rod pocket for the dowel rod. Batting/interfacing/lining, dowel rod, and ribbon are sold separately. The finished size of this wall hanging is 9" x 9". Level - Beginner. Fast project to make as a gift for someone, or for your own enjoyment.

11" Dowel rod or bamboo skewer cut to size
Ribbon/Cord/Twine - to use for hanging
If you prefer, the wall hanging can also be hung with two rings stitched to the back instead of using a dowel rod and hanging cord.
