The Quilting Stitches Level 3 Fabric Panel is a different approach from the previous levels, this one has segments that lead you through from the end result, to the prompts that you can follow to make your own version. Lines are given as suggestions to follow or you can create your own decoration. From a cross-hatched feathered sunflower, to a paisley filler, several feather fillers and in different styles, and fun little flowers and stems to march across the bottom of the panel. You can make anything a filler, as shown in the falling sewing machines that cascade down the center of the panel. Have fun with this panel and see what you can create.
