The Quilting Stitches Level 2 Fabric Panel is a follow-up to Level One or can be done separately depending on skill level. This panel will give you practice in loops and swirls, a chain of hearts, switching from one design to another in a single row, stars and flowers, and up and down and back and forth to give you the ease you need to work across a quilt with beautiful stitches. This second panel also gives you some practice in stippling and a larger stipple, the meander. It also includes lines that simulate water that can be used to give a more fluid appearance in landscape quilting or water-themed fabrics. It has a new introduction to “pebbling”. Notice that all your stones do not have to match. You will find the variance of the sizes gives a more natural appearance. Some feathers are included to practice and a string of flowers.
